1. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Prohibited Jurisdictions

The Company employs sophisticated detection systems to identify multiple account holders. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, phbu reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently close all accounts associated with the User;

3.3 Account Security

4.2 Withdrawals

• Processing Time: phbu processes most withdrawal requests within fifteen (15) minutes, subject to account verification and compliance checks. First-time withdrawals or unusually large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and extended processing time.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, phbu grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include any right to:

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the phbu Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If the dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Metro Manila, Philippines, and the language of arbitration shall be English.

10.2 Waiver of Class Actions

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against phbu.

11. Amendments and Modifications

phbu reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered users via email or in-app notification. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must cease using the Service immediately.
